Right of withdrawal

As a customer, you always have a right of withdrawal of 14 days according to the Distance Contracts Act. If you wish to return your item, it must be in unused condition, and you will be responsible for shipping costs. We manufacture items based on orders, so the item must be in perfect, new condition.

We will refund the amount as soon as the item has been received and inspected by our warehouse.

Refund

For most items, if your product is suspected to be defective, you can return it to us for a refund or exchange within 30 days of receipt. Refund of return shipping is not available for this.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take a while before your refund is officially posted.

The next step is to contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace goods if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please send us an email via our contact form.

Shipping

We will give you instructions via where to send your item for return.

You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs to return your item. Shipping costs are not refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
